Finance Manager Transformation<\/span>Finance Manager (I)<\/span>The Role:<\/b><\/span>Flutter\u2019s Group Finance team is currently looking for a Finance Manager \u2013 Transformation to join and support our Global Finance transformation programme. At Flutter, we always strive to make our processes better, more efficient and scalable to support the growing size of the Group. We want to make sure that we utilize our various IT Systems to their potential and that we enable our teams to deliver complete, accurate, reliable and timely financial information to stakeholders. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to work through and deliver on special projects supporting process improvement initiatives and automation within our team. You will be tapping in to and gaining knowledge in various areas our team deals with and will be working closely with Flutter\u2019s Internal Controls team to ensure any changes to existing processes are documented and have sufficient internal controls over them.<\/span>In this role, the successful candidate will be working closely with finance colleagues from across our Group functions and Divisions as well as IT, Tax, Internal Controls and others.<\/span>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Drive forward and deliver on Global Finance Transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and with accuracy.<\/span>Create and manage project plans, outlining schedules, progress milestones and achievable deliverable timeframes, ensuring you can achieve success for each project.<\/span>Ensure proper documentation and audit trail over deliverables<\/span>Collaborate with teams across the business including Group finance, Tax, Legal, It, Internal Controls and Divisions to delivery of project plans.<\/span>Support on special projects, such as global process design, system implementations, from an project management perspective.<\/span>Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>University degree in finance\/ accounting<\/span>Accounting Designation with 3+ years of experience post qualification, preferably in a big 4\/ large public company environment; Experience in a combination of consolidations, accounting and financial reporting and working in a SOX internal controls environment<\/span>A process improvement mindset; track record of design, implementation and operationalization of process improvements and controls<\/span>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with multiple stakeholders while consistently meeting deadlines<\/span>Proactive, well organised and thorough, with close attention to detail<\/span>A keen strategic thinker with the ability to set objectives and priorities<\/span>Ability to work individually and as part of a team in a dynamic environment<\/span>Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.<\/span>Strong communication skills; Ability to effectively deal with colleagues across all areas of the business<\/span>Adept at dealing with high volumes of data and comfortable in a highly automated environment.<\/span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and be challenged.<\/span>Experience with Oracle ERP and FCCS or other similar financial systems an advantage.<\/span>Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel<\/span>Experience in a SOX environment is an asset<\/span>US GAAP knowledge a plus but not compulsory<\/span>About Flutter<\/span>Flutter is the world\u2019s leading online sports betting and iGaming operator, with a market leading position in the US and across the world.
