You have found the right team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Testing Associate in the AI Model Testing team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play an integral role in transformational Global initiatives. You will provide essential test services required for accelerating program delivery. You will work in partnership with project managers, technology, and testing teams to define, design, and build test deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the formulation of strategies, define metrics, and assist the team in making data-promoten decisions. You will have the responsibility for providing accurate testing estimates and will have the chance to work closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups. This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance your problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze and validate AI model performance, accuracy, and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Design and execute test cases to evaluate AI models.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the formulation of strategies for project leadership and other functional areas.<\/li>\n<li>Define metrics, KPIs, and analysis to assist the team in making data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.<\/li>\n<li>Work with minimal supervision on day-to-day activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to ensure UAT team priorities and needs are communicated effectively, especially relating to code releases and test environments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate testing estimates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required qualification, skills and capabilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of statistical performance measures<\/li>\n<li>Able to write python scripts to trigger tests and analyze data<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in making presentations that convey results of tests<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing testing methodolog<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Image editing software like Adobe Photoshop<\/li>\n<li>Experienced using PowerBI, Excel, Jupyter to produce plots<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using of Cucumber \/ Gherkin or similar tool<\/li>\n<li>Functional knowledge of Client Onboarding (KYC, Document Management)<\/li>\n<li>Project \/ Agile methodology qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Us:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world&#8217;s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
