Coverage<\/li>\n<li>Savings from Optimization<\/li>\n<li>Savings from Automation<\/li>\n<li>Defect Removal efficiency<\/li>\n<li>No: of Kaizens initiated and implemented<\/li>\n<li>Cost savings for the customer<\/li>\n<li>Cost saving from carrying out Test Optimization exercise<\/li>\n<li>Continuous service improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Outputs Expected:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test Strategy: * Define and implement test strategy <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and baseline tool strategies<\/li>\n<li>Define and document test environment and test data strategies<\/li>\n<li>Perform feasibility study for recommended solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge Management: * Publish best practices and guidelines<span class=\"br\"><\/span>standards<br \/>\n       white paper<br \/>\n       etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test Reporting: * Conduct cost benefit analysis<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Test Design<br \/>\n       Development<br \/>\n       Execution: * Create strategies for test optimization <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out gap analysis and identify improvement areas<\/li>\n<li>Identify program goals and define KPI&#8217;s and SLA&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement industry wide best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Test Planning: * Perform test maturity assessments<span class=\"br\"><\/span>provide recommendations and define roadmaps * Identify candidate for automation by prioritization<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skill Examples: * Ability to define test strategies <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to manage and evaluate the test tools and frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create re-usable assets<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify test practice gaps and provide recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform test maturity assessments<\/li>\n<li>Ability to define service improvement roadmaps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge Examples: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Automation Techniques<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Testing methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Test Automation tools and identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Comments:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience \u2022 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role. \u2022 Proven experience in leading testing efforts for technology migration projects. \u2022 Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). \u2022 Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, LoadRunner, etc. \u2022 Experience in Script Based Test Automation \u2022 Good Understanding of Testing of Document Processing Systems Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning: \u2022 Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the technology migration project. \u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the migration requirements and define test objectives. \u2022 Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, schedule, and deliverables. \u2022 Identify Test Automation opportunities and plan for the same Test Design and Execution: \u2022 Lead the design of test cases and test scenarios based on migration requirements. \u2022 Write automated Test Scripts \u2022 Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all migration aspects. \u2022 Coordinate with development teams to understand the architecture and design changes resulting from the migration. \u2022 Identify, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle. \u2022 Team Leadership and Stakeholder communication: \u2022 Manage a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality outcomes. \u2022 Allocate tasks and monitor the progress of testing activities to ensure deadlines are met. \u2022 Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals. \u2022 Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Client stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issues. \u2022
