Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.<\/span>With us, you\u2019ll create a boundless impact that transforms your career\u2014and the lives of people across the world.<\/span>Job Title : React Native Developer<\/span>Experience : 4 to 6 years<\/span>Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days<\/span>Mandatory skills: React Native,Css,Javascript,Redux<\/span>Work Location: Bangalore<\/span>Job Title:<\/b><\/span>Senior React Native Developer<\/span>Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.<\/span>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and scalable mobile experiences.<\/span>Apply agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, XP) to deliver high-quality features in iterative cycles.<\/span>Manage and work with large, complex codebases, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.<\/span>Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.<\/span>Influence and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to adopt best practices and drive architectural improvements.<\/span>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges within applications.<\/span>Contribute to the overall technical strategy and decision-making for mobile application development.<\/span>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and team collaboration.<\/span>Must-Have Skills:<\/span>Expertise in React Native mobile app development with a strong portfolio of published apps.<\/span>Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with agile software development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Agile).<\/span>Experience working with large, complex codebases and the ability to efficiently navigate and manage large projects.<\/span>Proven experience in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions across engineering teams.<\/span>Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas, feedback, and decisions.<\/span>Strong problem-solving attitude and analytical skills, capable of addressing both technical and project challenges.<\/span>Good-to-Have Skills:<\/span>Familiarity with native development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) for mobile platforms.<\/span>Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs.<\/span>Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and app store deployment processes.<\/span>Exposure to CI\/CD tools and automated testing frameworks for mobile.<\/span>Experience contributing to open-source projects or developer communities.<\/span>Strong understanding of design principles, UI\/UX best practices, and mobile platform guidelines.<\/span>Comfortable working in cross-functional, distributed teams.<\/span>Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days – Work from Office)<\/span>Skills:<\/b><\/span>React Native,Css,Javascript,Redux<\/span>About Company:<\/b><\/span>UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
