We are committed to building a more sustainable and inclusive society.<\/span>ROLE PURPOSE<\/b><\/span>As the Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing, you will support the development and execution of digital plans to elevate Aesop\u2019s profile as a top luxury brand, with a focus on increasing awareness and brand equity. You will be responsible for the expression of the brand across Digital Marketing channels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the luxury market, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns across a variety of digital channels.<\/span>This role requires a critical thinker with high technical knowledge of digital platforms and a strong ability to think outside the box to ensure Aesop retains its distinct brand identity across all digital consumer touchpoints.<\/span>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span>Digital Plan Development and Execution<\/span>Support the development and execution of digital brand plans to align with regional business objectives.<\/span>Work with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to integrate digital initiatives seamlessly and increase qualified omnichannel traffic and support conversion efforts.<\/span>Ensure regional digital initiatives are aligned with Ecommerce commercial objectives and calendar planning.<\/span>Paid Media Management and Partnerships<\/span>Support the paid media planning in the region, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives by category and by channel.<\/span>Assist in developing and evaluating paid media plans across digital platforms to drive brand visibility and conversions.<\/span>Work with the global media team, agency partners, and L\u2019Or\u00e9al media teams to optimize paid campaigns and ensure efficient use of advertising budget.<\/span>Provide regional consumer intelligence, competitive examples, and business performance to key stakeholders to build market-relevant plans.<\/span>Actively seek out relevant and on-brand affiliate partners to elevate brand profile and find creative ways to activate those partnerships.<\/span>Demonstrate a thorough understanding of paid media KPIs and be responsible for sharing performance metrics internally.<\/span>Content Curation<\/span>Support the development of local digital paid strategy in partnership with global marketing, creative, and media counterparts.<\/span>Brief global creative and media teams to develop compelling digital content that is optimized by channel and reflects the brand’s luxury identity.<\/span>Curate and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent brand narrative across all digital platforms.<\/span>Digital Cross-Functional Relationships<\/span>Partner closely with customer care, ecommerce, and marketing teams to ensure all channels are aligned in terms of priorities, messaging, and offers.<\/span>Reflect those priorities, messaging, and offers in paid media whenever relevant.<\/span>Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform digital strategy and optimize campaign performance.<\/span>Performance Analytics & Budget Planning<\/span>Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.<\/span>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to optimize plans and drive business results.<\/span>Work with Ecommerce Manager to manage budgets and adjust phasing as needed.<\/span>KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/span>Ideally, 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Luxury, Beauty, or Skincare brands.<\/span>Extensive experience working across digital channels, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO\/SEM.<\/span>Proven success in developing and implementing digital plans that drive engagement and sales.<\/span>Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting capabilities.<\/span>Experience in managing paid media campaigns.<\/span>Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.<\/span>Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.<\/span>What’s On Offer<\/b><\/span>The salary for this position
