The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management. This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to drive successful campaigns across a variety of channels.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Digital Marketing Strategy &#038; Campaigns <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.<\/li>\n<li>Lead SEO\/SEM initiatives to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Make data-driven recommendations for improving website design, layout, and content.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels to promote Genasys&#8217; products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot) to track and measure campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling digital content for ads and web pages.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Social Media Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage Genasys&#8217; social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.<\/li>\n<li>Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.<\/li>\n<li>Drive community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute social media campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze social media performance to measure engagement, follower growth, and campaign success.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, product launches, and other key initiatives via social media channels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing and\/or social media management.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in WordPress is required.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Ads Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).<\/li>\n<li>Strong passion for social media, understanding engagement, with the ability to test and recommend paths to grow engagement and followers<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CSS and HTML is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of video content creation tools (e.g. Fliki, Opus Clip) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Open to candidates in the United States, only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Benefits:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary range target of $60,000 &#8211; $75,000, based on qualifications and experience, with the opportunity to participate in the company bonus and stock programs.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible remote working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative and supportive team culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Genasys is an equal opportunity employer.
