\n Supervise the outdoor and showroom sales team for maximizing the Heavy equipment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>1. Visit customers to stimulate interest in establishing or expanding Heavy Equipment Sales and explain features to customers; determine make, type, quality and quantity of vehicles and identify their needs.
\n 2. Analyze and respond to customer queries and pay special attention to the key account customers.
\n 3. Maintain prospective customers’ database, develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales contacts; attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints.
\n 4. Prepare quotations as per BTC rates and procedures published on VMS and forwarded to the customers.
\n 5. Negotiate with the customers on the price up to approval limit and obtain business head’s approval on special price requests from the customers.
\n 6. Prepare daily sales reports on business transactions, customer feedback, market conditions and competition and submit to the direct manager.
\n 7. Collect required customer documents and forwarded it to Sales Administration team to secure the necessary approvals.
\n 8. Review the team sales report and highlight the lost sales opportunities in order to create sales strategies.
\n 9. Provide assistance in preparation of tenders.
\n 10. Ensure display of equipment in showroom in an organized and safe manner.
\n 11. Follow company policies and procedure while dealing with credit customers.
\n 12. Follow up with the customer after delivery of equipment and ensure service if required by coordinate with Service department.<\/span>\uf0a7 People Management:<\/b>
\n 1. Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.
\n 2. Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.
\n 3. Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
\n 4. Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.
\n 5. Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
\n \uf0a7 Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
\n \uf0a7 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
\n \uf0a7 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
