You don\u2019t just build things, you make sure they run.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A TEAM OF ONE (WHO BUILDS MANY): You start by getting things in order yourself and then you help build a small internal &#8220;backoffice team&#8221; to maintain those systems. Whether it\u2019s compliance, reporting, or internal workflows, your focus is on creating long term structure with short term impact.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>The Role<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>In Your Day-to-Day: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, documenting, and organizing a complete SOP library across key departments and workflows, starting with admin and compliance processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with team members to collect raw processes and turn them into scalable, repeatable documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Owning the setup and structure of internal reporting tools, including but not limited to reporting dashboards, compliance audits, cohort analyses, and spend summaries.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the transition from Asana to Basecamp, helping define project templates, task management standards, and accountability frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the day to day operational needs of the company across admin, marketing, and compliance functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> In Your First Three to Six Months: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ve created a centralized SOP repository covering all critical workflows, with documentation that\u2019s easy to follow, update, and maintain.<\/li>\n<li>A structured internal reporting system is live, consistently updated, and used by leadership to track key metrics like LTV, expense allocation, and campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Basecamp is fully implemented as the company\u2019s primary project management platform, with clear standards for use and accountability built in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> You&#8217;ve helped form and lead a lean, efficient internal back office team focused on maintaining operations, reporting, documentation, and process compliance ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Ideal Profile<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>WHAT YOU\u2019LL BRING TO THE TABLE<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Must Haves:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in operations, compliance, admin, or internal systems management roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation skills, building SOPs, creating templates, and organizing internal knowledge bases.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp, Notion, Trello).<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and obsessive organization skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate messy, informal processes into clear, replicable systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when simplifying complexity.<\/li>\n<li>A get-it-done mindset with a talent for working independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1+ year experience implementing new systems or tools within a company.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of marketing metrics and reporting (LTV, CAC, ROAS, etc.) or the willingness to learn fast.<\/li>\n<li>Comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Background in finance, compliance, trading or fintech industries is a plus.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find satisfaction in turning chaos into clarity.<\/li>\n<li>Love ticking things off your checklist and building the checklist yourself.<\/li>\n<li>Think \u201coperational excellence\u201d is sexy (because it is).<\/li>\n<li>Want to be a foundational part of building the machine that powers a high growth business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Get excited about making things that work better tomorrow than they did today.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What&#8217;s on Offer?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work alongside &#038; learn from best in class talent<\/li>\n<li>Join a well known brand within Brokerage \/ Treasury \/ Securities Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Fantastic work culture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.om\/jobad\/omf175cf14285aedb403fb309b4f0f6281?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WHO WE ARE AudaCity Capital Management is where ambition meets opportunity.
