Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About the team<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>In today\u2019s highly competitive retirement market, firms must not only deliver superior customer value but cater to challenging customer requirements and solve complex problems efficiently.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sounds Interesting?<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will be doing<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive software QA strategies and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate testing schedules and ensure timely completion of QA activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and implement testing tools and technologies to improve QA efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on software quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between QA team, developers, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures base applications meet appropriate quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Adheres to the departmental application testing and client delivery process standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provides input on product direction to product managers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with industry compliance consultants and product managers to verify applications meet regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures base applications meet appropriate quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Other related duties assigned as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What you bring:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Knowledge \/ Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing and leading QA teams<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in software quality assurance.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum development process.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with performance and\/or security testing is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Testing and debugging software.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research and analyzing data.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing databases.<\/li>\n<li>Using relevant tools (Jira, Cucumber, Selenium, Test pad, Xray, TestRail).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of coding languages like Python and Java<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of FIS products and services<\/li>\n<li>Skill in project management, organization, communications, analytical and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Skill in leading, supervising and managing effectively under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be comfortable interacting with executive level clients<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analysis client&#8217;s business needs and determine related information services support<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain positive working relationship with client<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and problem areas<\/li>\n<li>Ability to delegate projects to qualified subordinates as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, direct and manage effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Hands on Software manual and automation &#8211; testing<\/li>\n<li>Technically responsible for the quality of software in projects<\/li>\n<li>Acts in line with departmental and project processes<\/li>\n<li>Manages a team of Test engineers, this includes mentoring team, administrative responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Guides the Test Engineers in the design, create test cases, test bed preparation, manual and automation testing.<\/li>\n<li>Determines required software interface in close consultation with the technical experts;Advises on internal quality assurance<\/li>\n<li>Has an important say in the choice of Testing environment and has ultimate responsibility for the software testing.<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily activities and ensure team is engaged and propelled to do more, should lead by example.<\/li>\n<li>Experience on application security testing and remediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communicator \u2013 ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail \u2013 track record of authoring high quality documentation<\/li>\n<li>Organized approach \u2013 manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter but team mindset &#8211;
