We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer passionate about developing robust game software using C++ language and adhering to the defined specifications\/timelines. The candidate will contribute to the high-quality and timely delivery of games and provide solutions to complex technical problems.<\/span>What you\u2019ll do<\/span>Development of gaming software using C++, ensuring that good quality software is delivered on time with quality<\/span>Identify and raise risks promptly and take necessary action to mitigate the same<\/span>Implemented and tested various new features in our game development framework for different jurisdictions.<\/span>Prepare time estimates of all design options and other project requirements<\/span>Assist in troubleshooting and debugging code to find the root cause of the issues and provide detailed information to the development team.<\/span>Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with global stakeholders<\/span>Development of various toolsets using C++, Python, C#, and Java to help with building games more efficiently.<\/span>What We’re Looking For<\/b><\/span>BS Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.<\/span>3+ years of software development experience.<\/span>Expert level C++ programming skills.<\/span>Linux and Windows development & debugging experience.<\/span>Strong experience in SDLC \/ Agile Methodologies (SCRUM & KANBAN).<\/span>Experience with SVN \/ GitHub \/ Perforce or other configuration management system.<\/span>Programming experience in the gaming industry would be advantageous.<\/span>Willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia.<\/span>Why Aristocrat?<\/span>Aristocrat is a world leader in gaming content and technology, and a top-tier publisher of free-to-play mobile games.
