Ideal candidates will have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional undergraduate candidates may also be considered<\/li>\n<li>Applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions: U.S. educational background not required, but project management experience is essential<\/li>\n<li>Strong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields are especially valued<\/li>\n<li>Passion for mentorship, leadership development, and education innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The Role: Capstone Mentor<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a Capstone Mentor, you&#8217;ll guide students through their personalized leadership project journey, helping them develop ideas, execute strategic plans, and reach tier-specific outcomes. These projects are central to students&#8217; college applications and personal development.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Core Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints<\/li>\n<li>Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission<\/li>\n<li>Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists &#038; Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Time Commitment &#038; Flexibility <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Around 5 hours per week (or more)<\/li>\n<li>Flexible scheduling &#8211; you choose which students to work with<\/li>\n<li>Mentors must commit to supporting students through project completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compensation<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Compensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience.
