{"id":62332,"date":"2025-04-14T01:03:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-14T01:03:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/content-reviewer-hebrew-stamp-2\/"},"modified":"2025-04-14T01:03:07","modified_gmt":"2025-04-14T01:03:07","slug":"content-reviewer-hebrew-stamp-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/content-reviewer-hebrew-stamp-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Content Reviewer &#8211; Hebrew (Stamp 2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Content Reviewer<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are looking for Hebrew speakers!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via the ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing client&#8217;s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site<\/li>\n<li>Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about client&#8217;s products and community standards<\/li>\n<li>Using market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users<\/li>\n<li>Gathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience<\/li>\n<li>Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside the company policy to the global team<\/li>\n<li>Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills &#038; Competences:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong personal resilience with the ability to operate in a pressured and fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly &#8211; empathy<\/li>\n<li>High adaptability and positive approach to challenges<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Effective Time management &#038; Prioritisation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to consistently hit KPIs on time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Language Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent level of Hebrew in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of English (at least B2 level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Contract: Full-time, permanent<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Compensation:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u20ac29,700 per year as base salary<\/li>\n<li>For the Evening shift: 25% Salary uplift for the late hours from 10pm to 2am (in total, around \u20ac33,000 per year)<\/li>\n<li>For the Evening shift: \u20ac12 per day (before tax) as the travel allowance<\/li>\n<li>%10 performance-based bonus paid quarterly<\/li>\n<li>Private healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Pension contribution<\/li>\n<li>25 days of annual leave<\/li>\n<li>Extensive Training and access to CPL&#8217;s Wellness Programme<\/li>\n<li>Tax Saver and Bike-to-Work Scheme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Working hours: Candidates are choosing between the Day shift (9am &#8211; 5:30pm) or the Evening shift (6pm &#8211; 2am). There are no rotations. Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location: Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South<span class=\"br\"><\/span>*This is an office job. Work from home \/ remote work is not an option.
