{"id":60915,"date":"2025-04-10T04:59:23","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T04:59:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/gn-song-mt-salesforce-marketing-cloud-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-04-10T04:59:23","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T04:59:23","slug":"gn-song-mt-salesforce-marketing-cloud-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/gn-song-mt-salesforce-marketing-cloud-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"GN &#8211; SONG &#8211; MT &#8211; Salesforce Marketing Cloud &#8211; Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title &#8211; GN &#8211; SONG &#8211; MT &#8211; Salesforce Marketing Cloud &#8211; Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Management Level: 07\/ Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location: Bangalore<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must have skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good to have skills: Pardot<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Summary:<\/b><br \/>\n       Practice: Strategy &#038; Consulting Global Network Song | Areas of Work: Marketing Strategy, Campaign Strategy &#038; Design, Marketing processes, Sales\/solution\/Proposal Development, Next Best Action, Functional Consulting, Salesforce marketing platform ecosystem<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Roles &#038; Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will drive the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct client\u2019s Campaign\/Marketing capability assessment and provide recommendations on optimizing the Campaign\/Marketing stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of the campaign ecosystem.<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing next best action strategies<\/li>\n<li>Developing business case for campaign strategies, technology solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with value architecting.<\/li>\n<li>Derive insights for campaign, work on Campaign attribution and optimization strategy<\/li>\n<li>Define campaign Key Performance Indicators and track them throughout the campaign lifecycle<\/li>\n<li>Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities and re-define the processes.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and managed at least 1 large salesforce marketing program execution from strategy definition to delivery in Salesforce Marketing capabilities like SFMC\/ Pardot\/ Personalization\/ Data cloud\/ Salesforce Loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Good experience in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders (client and internal) and projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Professional &#038; Technical Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge\/Experience of SFMC\/ Data Cloud\/ Personalization\/ Pardot\/ Salesforce Loyalty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good consulting and techno-functional experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization \/client organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and \/or experience in client facing roles.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and manage small\/ mid-sized teams.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to the process of developing capability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall experience of 9+ years in designing \/ managing marketing campaigns with at least 4-5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud\/ Data Cloud\/ Personalization\/ Pardot\/ Salesforce Loyalty implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA from a tier 1 or 2 college.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably be certified in SFMC\/ Data Cloud\/ Personalization\/ Pardot\/ Salesforce Loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRM, marketing software, channel integration, real time decisioning is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing digital campaigns for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use insights for campaign and strategy optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore\/offshore.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing small\/ mid-sized teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization \/client organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> About Accenture:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
