An amazing number, but we&#8217;re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>How you&#8217;ll spend your day<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network support for WAN, Campus LAN, Wireless and Datacenter devices<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on troubleshooting experience in following Routing Protocols EIGRP, OSPF and BGP<\/li>\n<li>Network hardware platform support for Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco\/Aruba) Riverbed, Cisco ACI, SDWAN and F5 load balancers<\/li>\n<li>Provide level 3 support for network services and requests<\/li>\n<li>Installation\/upgradation of network hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Proactively monitor, analyze and ensure performance and availability<\/li>\n<li>Respond to critical network incidents and take ownership of the tickets and work through to resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Perform configuration changes and maintenance activities<\/li>\n<li>Represent changes in CAB meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Your experience and qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering\/bachelor&#8217;s degree in IT or equivalent field<\/li>\n<li>Leading certifications in Networking (CCNA, CCNP etc.)<\/li>\n<li>8-12 years of relevant experience in Network operations<\/li>\n<li>The candidate has at least 2 to 3 years of experience as an L3 Engineer<\/li>\n<li>Global enterprise experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Highly knowledgeable in network technologies (WAN, datacenter networks and campus LAN).<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of following technologies: IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); IP filtering and firewalling; Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF); Quality of Service; MPLS; Ethernet<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Cisco\/Aruba wireless technology is must<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Cisco ACI, SDWAN and F5 load balancers technologies<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Cisco, HP\/Aruba, Riverbed tools and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Service Now ticketing tool and SolarWinds monitoring tool<\/li>\n<li>Added advantage &#8211; Knowledge in Network scripting (pearl\/python\/SWQL)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Reports To<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sr Manager<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Teva&#8217;s Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Teva Pharmaceuticals is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
