Headquartered in New York City with employees around the world, Sprinklr works with more than 1,000 of the world\u2019s most valuable enterprises \u2014 global brands like Microsoft, P&#038;G, Samsung and more than 50% of the Fortune 100.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Learn more about our culture and how we make our employees happier through .<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own our ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure<\/li>\n<li>great relationships with both candidates and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Leading the technology hiring across Sprinklr<\/li>\n<li>Partner up with senior business stakeholders and work with them in making quarterly\/annual hiring plans.<\/li>\n<li>Help in building a strong brand and advice and support senior stakeholders in making the right recruiting decisions by providing necessary insights.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for your team&#8217;s deliverables in terms of hiring, delivery, learning and<\/li>\n<li>development, appraisals, growth and overall team health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (technology hiring)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding<\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with the leadership team and stakeholders in deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Ability to execute a recruitment strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to keep a high bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of all selection methods and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards<\/li>\n<li>Academics: Preferably MBA or equivalent from a reputed university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What will you do<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs<\/li>\n<li>Plan interviews and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and inperson interviews<\/li>\n<li>Source potential candidates through online channels<\/li>\n<li>Develop a network of potential future hires<\/li>\n<li>Measure key recruitment metrics, like source-of-hire and time-to-hire<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all stages of candidate experience<\/li>\n<li>Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates<\/li>\n<li>Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why You&#8217;ll Love Sprinklr:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We&#8217;re committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter.
