&#8211; TTB<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Purpose:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To build and sustain a platform to support the Business on all aspects of Technology, Product Development, equipment and process selection, process optimization \/ de-bottlenecking and productivity improvement to meet the Organizational objectives of Belting, solid woven, Chafer and light weight belting products business.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Dimensions:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Financials <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Revenue: 600 Crores \/ annum<\/li>\n<li>Revenue from VAP: 200 Crores \/ product<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the customer&#8217;s process and machinery<\/li>\n<li>Understanding market potential of new applications and products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Revenue from New<span class=\"br\"><\/span>and Value added<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Products (VAP)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Design and Development of VAP<span class=\"br\"><\/span>and New Products<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translating identified needs into product specifications for initial trials.<\/li>\n<li>Following through the internal trials and getting customer feedback<\/li>\n<li>Finalizing the hardware changes<\/li>\n<li>Finalizing the process parameters<\/li>\n<li>Finalizing the design and specification with the Customer and clear it for bulk class=\"br\"><\/span>Competition bench-marking <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bench marking of TTB products with competitor products,<\/li>\n<li>Redesigning products to match benchmarks or create new bench <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of cost-effective Dip formulations.<\/li>\n<li>Finalization of dipping process conditions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and reduce rework, waste and non-conformance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>% Reduction in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> chemical cost<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>% reduction in<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> waste, non-conformance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>and
