Also, supporting operations planning, resolving complex\/financial customer , management and Finance queries and driving action plans to address the issue.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Auditing and reviewing financial data and make sure it will be reflected correctly in GL.<\/li>\n<li>Performs routine activities within the specified scope.<\/li>\n<li>Provides fine quality audit evidence through the use of advanced data analytics in the audit to provide greater confidence in financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide relevant feedback during the audit to improve business processes and controls.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the decisions concerning customer service operations for smaller teams and implements approved policies, processes and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Supports customer service representatives in resolving complex\/financial customer, management, Finance queries, and devises relevant action plans to address the issue and escalates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the team understands the additional customer needs and sells STC&#8217;s products and services, accordingly, in order to contribute in maximizing business opportunities and retention.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in preparing financial reports and schedules that will be delivered to management and other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance\/Accounting or in a related discipline.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>2-4 years of experience in auditing\/preparing financial data in associate auditor organization.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Desired Skills &#038; Knowledge <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High proficiency in data collection and analysis.<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (passed in TOFEL or IELTS is preferred).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Language<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arabic: Advanced<\/li>\n<li>English: Advanced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sae6419406f32d92e7b445cc47847d5dba?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Jobs at this level are responsible for Identifying critical patterns and trends in financial data for Voice\/Non-voice services to provide greater confidence in financial reporting.
