This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving<\/span>abilities, and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email &calls in a timely and professional manner.<\/span>\u25cf Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, order status,<\/span>account issues, and technical support.<\/span>\u25cf Troubleshoot customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed to<\/span>ensure resolution.<\/span>\u25cf Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.<\/span>\u25cf Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer<\/span>support experience.<\/span>\u25cf Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction<\/span>metrics.<\/b><\/span>\u25cf Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates to ensure accurate and consistent<\/span>support delivery.<\/span>\u25cf Need to call the customer when it’s required and resolve the case.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>\u25cf Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span>\u25cf Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<\/span>\u25cf Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.<\/span>\u25cf Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.<\/span>\u25cf Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/span>\u25cf Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.<\/span>\u25cf Empathetic and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.<\/span>\u25cf Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/span>If you believe you have the skills and qualities to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply and become<\/p>\n
