The role involves follow-up on missed contacts, payment reminders, and post-course feedback collection.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Tasks<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Engagement &#038; Registration:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Make outbound calls to leads, explain course details, and encourage registration. Assist with the registration process and maintain accurate records of all interactions. * Follow-Up on Missed Contacts:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Follow up with leads who were unavailable during the initial call. Send reminders via SMS or email if needed to encourage them to join the course. * Payment Follow-Up:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Contact registered students who haven\u2019t made payments, provide payment reminders, and ensure timely completion of enrollment. * Feedback Collection:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>After course completion, follow up with participants to collect feedback for future course improvements. * Target Achievement:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Meet daily\/weekly targets for course registrations, calls, and follow-ups.
