Unforgettable experience await in fine dining venues, and with distinctive services to replenish body and mind.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Descriptions<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages service to the guests according to the prescribed service rules and standards with emphasis on accuracy and speed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares and mixes all types of drinks and cocktails, based on standardized recipes of drinks.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes all the stocks in the bar and store room in a professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area, chillier, fringes, bar floor, storage areas and all equipment and tools inside the bar.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Daily Bar Inventory and Sales Report, Inter-Transfer Report, Daily Breakage\/Spoilage\/Spillage Report, Full Bottle Sales Report, Daily operating equipment inventory for the bar.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Beverage Supplies, Operating Supplies and Food Supplies Requisition for the Bar.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains bar stock according to established par stock level and arranges requisitioned items according the appropriate storage condition of the specific wines and spirits.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains adequate bar supplies such as napkins, straws, cocktail picks, etc., arranges them neatly in the assigned areas.<\/li>\n<li>Handles cashiering tasks when assigned in Outlets with self-cashiering like Pool Side.<\/li>\n<li>Validates guest orders in the guest check and computes for the total sales.<\/li>\n<li>Turns over the sales and the report for the day to the Head Cashier.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains clean and sufficient operating equipment such as glassware, bar tools and equipment, chinaware, etc., required for service hours in the bar.<\/li>\n<li>Handles the orderly stocking of glassware and ensures adequate stock and inventory is maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts monthly inventory of the operating equipment in the bar.<\/li>\n<li>Cleans and controls the bar chiller and wine chiller daily.<\/li>\n<li>Chills and cools sufficient beverage supplies at the appropriate serving temperature before service hours.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares all mise-en-place before the service hours.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares all the garnish and mixers to speed up the service during peak hours.<\/li>\n<li>Boosts the sales of wines and spirits in the bar.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in association and club membership related to bar\/cocktails and wines to update knowledge on latest service style and products, as well as promoting the image of bar.<\/li>\n<li>Assists as required co-employees within the department and other department in the performance of duties and responsibilities to attain quality product and service for the hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> REPORT LINES &#038; COMMUNICATIONS: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to the Assistant Outlet Manager\/ Outlet Supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Relates to co-employees within service, kitchen and other department in the performance of his\/her job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>JOB REQUIREMENT:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year in bartender experience<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in various kinds of drink and beverage, creativity in preparing new concoctions<\/li>\n<li>Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills Required<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>MICROS System<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Create and serve a range of beverages<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Compensation &#038; Benefits<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic Salary: To be discussed during intervew<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation: Provided<\/li>\n<li>Transportation: Provided<\/li>\n<li>Annual Paid Leave: Provided<\/li>\n<li>Employment Visa: Provided<\/li>\n<li>Flight Tickets: Provided<\/li>\n<li>Medical Insurance: Provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.qa\/jobad\/qa65ab61171b4f9c0396a40d4617460ae9?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Read More<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Company Gracious Thai hospitality blends with five-star luxury in Doha.
