(This is a fully Remote position)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Submit your application through the form linked below:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Use the application code to get prioritized: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>JAZZHR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer incoming calls, emails, live chats, and\/or social media comments\/DMs to address customer questions, requests, and issues.<\/li>\n<li>Advise customers on leveraging the product\/service based on their unique needs.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.<\/li>\n<li>Record customer interactions in an internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (required)<\/li>\n<li>E-commerce experience is a plus!<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Personally owned laptop\/computer with a working camera, minimum 15 Mbps upload\/download speed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> PC and Internet Requirements: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Why Join Us?<br \/>\n       We offer up to $4USD per hour, 100% Remote (work-from-home), full HMO health insurance, and dental coverage.
