This role partners closely with the Sales team and other departments to drive greater efficiencies of operational processes, including contracts processing, account maintenance (renewals, cancellations, maintain account details), and various reporting activities to facilitate smooth product delivery and enhanced Sales support. Further, the role assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing the Global gNS Cx Operations team\u2019s tasks and overall team goals, while ensuring high quality standards are maintained.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Accountabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure day-to-day operational tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner to deliver superior customer experience and smooth on-boarding. Including: processing customer\u2019s agreements, trials setup, tracking orders until completion, and reconciliation of orders where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assumes responsibilities for basic auditing of customer agreements to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for daily account maintenance, including address and contact updates, invoicing, credits, account extensions, account cancellations and other operational requests<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to maintaining a shared knowledge database of workflows and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with departments within and outside gNS Cx Operations Team such as Sales and GOTC, etc. to resolve issues relative to contracts processing.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous process optimization<\/li>\n<li>Ad-hoc duties as assigned by gNS Customer Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree holder with 3 years\u2019 work experience in a similar setting (Sales, Technical Support, Administrative and\/or Customer Services) or has completed 2 years level in College without back subjects or incomplete units.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably with experience in Fulfillment Operations, Credentialing or Collections Background<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in GCRM, Peoplesoft, Power Invoice, and My Lexis<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (essential)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within a business (essential)<\/li>\n<li>Advance MS Tools and electronic document managing systems<\/li>\n<li>Can work seamlessly with other departments, management and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Analyze data from various sources and produce reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong Time Management skills, very decisive and results oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Additional for internal applicants: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be in current role for 1 year<\/li>\n<li>Must not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months<\/li>\n<li>Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month<\/li>\n<li>Must have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
