The successful candidate will be responsible for cash collection operations in cooperation with our local sales and finance management. Amazon seeks a Financial Analyst with at least 5+ years proven experience in F&#038;A experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full cycle of accounts receivable past due balances, including: research, analysis and account reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Calling customers and scheduling resolution sessions to understand the procure-to-pay cycles of our customers.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and resolving invoice discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate receivables.<\/li>\n<li>Managing internal and external Accounts Receivable inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal (company) and external (vendor directly) questions and requests for information.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the Amazon billing processes to provide guidance to customers, identify defects and drive resolution upstream of AR.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the pain points of customers and solve our customer&#8217;s problems.<\/li>\n<li>Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating when appropriate to direct manager and\/or senior leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping detailed notes, task creation and reminders in our collections tools.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the Voice of the Customer for our top tier customers and Sales Teams, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Actively seeking solutions to customer and sales needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze trends and suggest process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other projects and duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Working Conditions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Normal Office Environment.<\/li>\n<li>Report 5 days onsite.<\/li>\n<li>This role will primarily be reporting on a night shift and may also be requested to be on shifting schedule from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company.<\/li>\n<li>May be asked to render overtime on critical and peak times as may be required by the Business.<\/li>\n<li>This position is not open for international transfers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key job responsibilities<\/b><br \/>\n       Accounts Receivable<br \/>\n       Collections<br \/>\n       Reporting and Analysis<br \/>\n       Process Improvement<br \/>\n       Stakeholder engagement<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance\/Accounting\/Business Studies or other related areas<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience of at least 5 years in Accounts Receivable or Finance &#038; Accounting role as an Analyst or worked in a BPO industry catering to customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work in Night and\/or shifting schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Exemplifies traits of being a Team player , has good interpersonal skills, hardworking, adaptable and detail oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Can work under pressure and with deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.<\/li>\n<li>Has the ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, take initiatives and work with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<li>A person who is open to work with diverse teams with different cultures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably with a Bachelor Degree\/Masters Degree in Finance\/Accounting as Major Subject.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials, SAP, Collection Workflow Tools or other Finance ERP tools<\/li>\n<li>Preferably worked as a AR Collections Analyst \/ Specialist \/ Subject Matter Expert for more than 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Amazon business or the e-commerce\/ IT industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.ph\/jobad\/phe8bfe350d9a4fa00035e04d141159597?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DESCRIPTION Amazon Finance Operations is looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to support strategic accounts for Devices &amp; Services.
