Conduct testing trials with data pipe, API of MSIL or MSIL Partner Company \/ 3rd party server interface.<\/li>\n<li>Document the concept after feasibility stage and conduct a joint review with the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>Develop Android\/iOS Apps in either native or hybrid mode based on the requirements shared\/discussed by the user.<\/li>\n<li>Follow Agile development model for rapid prototyping of the solution.<\/li>\n<li>Develop applications from scratch. Monitor and improve the performance and quality<\/li>\n<li>Design the UI\/UX experience<\/li>\n<li>Present and explain the App design to the business users with key decision points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competency Requirements: &#8211;<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Technical\/Functional:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>(Primary) <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirement gathering and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with App UI development.<\/li>\n<li>App logic\/coding [Native or hybrid]<\/li>\n<li>App programming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> o Dev &#038; Analytics Platform: GIT, Firebase etc.] <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Server skills [API development]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>(Secondary)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application\/Server Engineering: JAVA, MySQL, Angular JS, Node JS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>(Optional)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to data science; advance analytics, ML\/D.L<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with map Api e.g. Google.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with python programming language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Behavioral: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive attitude &#038; Proactive nature<\/li>\n<li>Leading a technical team for App development<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Effective team player<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Can take calculated risks in the benefit of MSIL<\/li>\n<li>Can strive for achieving win-win situation with internal &#038; external customers<\/li>\n<li>Study industry trends (global and domestic) and apply it in work-area<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate department activities and represent department \/ MSIL in forums<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Eligibility: &#8211;<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education:-<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>(Essential):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.E \/ B.
