We\u2019re a team of dedicated people driving this mission by providing better, faster, and cheaper ways to access food through technology.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Role overview<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To function as a Barista for the Calo Cafe to work alongside the Cafe Manager and to successfully support the operation in accordance with the standard of the company in all daily operations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The successful candidate will employ their coffee knowledge and Interpersonal skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers\u2019 satisfaction.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to coffee recipes when preparing them<\/li>\n<li>Maintain brewing equipment functionality and reporting possible issues<\/li>\n<li>Being attentive to customers\u2019 orders and preferences<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers while presenting Calo\u2019s culture and values<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the cafe operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation<\/li>\n<li>Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ideal Candidate<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have had a minimum of 1 year of previous experience in cafes as a Barista<\/li>\n<li>Must have a certified Barista certificate<\/li>\n<li>Must be currently present in KSA<\/li>\n<li>Must be a proficient communicator in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Knowledge and competency <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adequate coffee knowledge and different coffee mixtures<\/li>\n<li>Ability to differentiate coffee aromas, and their taste<\/li>\n<li>Extensive hands-on experience with professional coffee machines<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>A good understanding of useful computer programs and the ability to learn new ones<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively, particularly in written form<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personality<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communicator<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Powered by JazzHR<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sacad277766f81e9b1c0b36cca2d3fc955?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Launched in Bahrain in November of 2019, Calo is on a mission to make healthy easy.
