The role involves overseeing factory operations, managing production efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO), and maintaining equipment performance. If you don&#8217;t hear from us, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Factory Manager \u2013 Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the overall operation of the Factory (People Management, Factory Premises, and Processing Plant, Production and Processes Management)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that there is no Operation downtime and that everyone is working at a reasonable pace.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures optimal efficiency by implementing productivity improvement including Lean Manufacturing, and cost controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures all FDA, ISO, and related regulatory requirements are consistently met.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Should create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Create production reports based on data analysis and present production reports to decision-makers in strategy meetings on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Factory Manager \u2013 Job Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in Arabic and English<\/li>\n<li>At least 5+ years&#8217; experience as Factory Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Seize the opportunity to elevate your career as a Factory Manager in the medical devices industry.
