{"id":563,"date":"2024-11-03T18:49:56","date_gmt":"2024-11-03T18:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/2024\/11\/03\/senior-fleet-sales-consultant-sme-division\/"},"modified":"2024-11-03T18:49:56","modified_gmt":"2024-11-03T18:49:56","slug":"senior-fleet-sales-consultant-sme-division","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-fleet-sales-consultant-sme-division\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Fleet Sales Consultant &#8211; SME Division"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main Job Functions : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To achieve assigned sales target &#038; KPI\u2019s as per set objective by ensuring an agreed mix of models &#038; types.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring efficient Sales Forecast &#038; Reservation management.<\/li>\n<li>To retain existing customer by follow-up on regular basis &#038; Acquire new prospects and convert to buyers\/Customers.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up to date &#038; accurate database of the customers.<\/li>\n<li>Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain &#038; submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Seek &#038; report important market intelligence relating to competitors\/clients that will benefit the company.<\/li>\n<li>Complete all company documentation related to the job accurately &#038; on a timely basis.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all company &#038; departmental rules\/ regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring &#038; payment of vehicles by customers.<\/li>\n<li>To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership&#8217;s range of cars and commercial vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Prospecting : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular contacts with existing customers for additional business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular links with the Service dept to identify vehicles of fleet owners that may be due for change &#038; replacement.<\/li>\n<li>To keep the Fleet sales manager in loop in case of bulk deals to offer additional support\/benefits to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Add value to every Sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Selling Skills : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency &#038; try to close the sales by performing complete Sales Process.<\/li>\n<li>Have thorough knowledge of product, SOP, credit procedures, F &#038; I, Services, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitor\u2019s products, specifications &#038; prices to be able to overcome customer objections &#038; preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to Qualify &#038; determine customer\u2019s needs to offer the best possible products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Measurement &#038; Performance : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of targets by controlling discounts given.<\/li>\n<li>To commit &#038; fulfil to the KPI\u2019s assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a mixed ratio of customers (existing &#038; new) in order to achieve the sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Other Areas: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to duty on time.
