This position is designed for a proactive leader who can oversee multifaceted projects, lead teams, and ensure alignment with the company&#8217;s vision and goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As the Manager\/Senior Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing project strategies, managing key deliverables, and fostering collaboration across various departments. Your expertise will guide the team to navigate challenges and achieve significant milestones in the development of Qiddiya as a world-class destination.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1- Procurement Strategy Development <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with the project goals, focusing on cost efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and service delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with project teams to understand procurement needs and establish a roadmap for procurement activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market assessments to identify potential vendors and negotiate contracts to deliver the best value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 2- Supplier Relationship Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors to ensure a reliable supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee supplier evaluations and performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives regarding supplier performance and procurement processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 3- Operational Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and guide the procurement team in all operational aspects, ensuring efficient workflows and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with budget requirements and legal compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate procurement training for staff members to enhance skill sets and knowledge in effective purchasing practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all procurement activities are in accordance with corporate processes and procedures to ensure compliance and governance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> 4.
