{"id":55658,"date":"2025-03-24T23:59:45","date_gmt":"2025-03-24T23:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-analyst-yield-management\/"},"modified":"2025-03-24T23:59:45","modified_gmt":"2025-03-24T23:59:45","slug":"senior-analyst-yield-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/senior-analyst-yield-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Analyst &#8211; Yield Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provide IMG Markets with robust data driven analyses, insights &#038; recommendations for profit improvement opportunities. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compete Like a Challenger &#8211; Support Markets with analytics to bring out relevant &#038; actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Capitalize On Our Strengths; Disrupt Ourselves &#8211; Generate ideas for improving profitability<\/li>\n<li>Modernize everywhere\/simplify everything &#8211; Deploy new tools to aid decision making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> As part of the YM team, you will: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify YM initiatives (collaborative)<\/li>\n<li>Support markets with analytics<\/li>\n<li>Share learnings from the Global CoE \/ other IMG markets<\/li>\n<li>IMG Voice in Global YM forums<\/li>\n<li>Develop new tools\/processes<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate &#038; report progress on priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Assist market management in achieving Yield Management targets through deep-dive data analysis, interpretation, hypothesis generation, ideation, brainstorming with markets, assisting monitoring pilot performance through standardized metrics, providing analytical support to scale up of successful pilots<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support \/ lead data analysis like Sales Programs, Variable Marketing programs, Price Positioning, Dealership network, Competition analysis<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support leadership with monthly EATP reporting along with variance explanation<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Dashboard management &#8211; SPOC of IMG Revenue Management dashboards<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Use of technology and analytical tools (eg. Alteryx, QlikSense, PowerBI, Looker) to improve work efficiency in data blending and creating visualization to develop insights and provide practical recommendations.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop tools\/processes that drives efficiency in the market as well as the team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Deliver any other analysis as per need of the market from time to time<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Educational Qualification &#8211; Engineering\/MBA\/Marketing Degree.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>No. of Years of Experience &#8211; Minimum 5 years of experience. Relevant experience in sales\/marketing in automotive industry preferred.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Professional Exposure &#8211; Familiarity with working for large global corporation with diverse workforce<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Preferred skillsets &#8211; A good mix of practical experience in marketing\/sales and data analytics. Knowledge of Alteryx, Qliksense, PowerBI essential.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Leadership skills &#8211; Self-motivated individual with strong ownership. Solid business acumen, coupled with a drive for results. Penchant for learning new tools\/methods.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Other key attributes preferred &#8211; Able to work in a cross-functional diverse team.
