Cross selling targets progressively \u2022 Sale of MF and Insurance products \u2022 Fee Income \u2022 Branch Administration \u2022 Regulatory Compliance \u2022 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members \u2022 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch Job Requirements: \u2022 Overall 6yrs of Banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities \u2022 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products \u2022 Qualifications- MBA \/ CA\/ CAIB \u2022 Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic) \u2022 Thinker: Doer – 40:60 \u2022 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes \u2022 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer \u201cDELIGHT\u201d \u2022 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.<\/p>\n
