Curating curriculum as<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> per employee needs, administers various upcoming learning plans on LMS <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver internal training modules like Soft Skills, Orientation Programs etc<\/li>\n<li>Program Management to ensure the planned activities within time &#038; resource defined<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating and influencing stakeholders to see the value of learning engagements,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> implementation of learning at workplace etc <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve the desired impact\/outcome of the all learning initiatives.
