JOB OVERVIEW<\/b><\/span>**Your application will ONLY be considered if you fill out the Google Form below**<\/span>The Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring their monthly deliverables are completed efficiently and on time. This role requires a deep understanding of the various deliverables involved, including content creation, link building, Pinterest management, email newsletters, content and site audits, and more. You will review the work done by the team to maintain high-quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.<\/span>Key responsibilities include deploying projects to team members, developing project plans, securing resources, managing the team, and tracking progress to ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet deadlines. The Project Manager will also be responsible for resolving issues, providing status updates to stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with the company’s growth objectives.<\/span>In addition to managing ongoing deliverables, the Project Manager will contribute to the development and management of new projects and processes that drive company growth.<\/span>**You must be proficient in English, both in speaking and writing!!**<\/span>**You must have a good Internet connection. All of your work will require you to be on the web, so you need to have a reliable connection.**<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b>
\n – Manage a portfolio of accounts and their monthly deliverables, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
\n – Be knowledgeable in different types of deliverables, reviewing the team’s work to ensure quality and adherence to goals.
\n – Deploy projects to team members, develop project plans, and manage resources to keep projects on track.
\n – Oversee project execution, track progress, and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure timely completion.
\n – Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and clients.
\n – Collaborate with the team to create new projects and optimize existing processes to drive company growth.<\/span>Skills and Qualifications<\/b>
\n – Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
\n – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n – Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate challenges efficiently.
\n – Experience with project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
\n – Ability to balance multiple priorities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.<\/span>Job Details<\/b>
\n – This is a part-time position with an average of 20 hours\/week
