About the job Senior Recruiter<\/span>Position Title: Senior Recruiter<\/span>Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor<\/span>Primary Relationships: Partner Team<\/span>Date: November 2024<\/span>Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting: calls, texts, and emails. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions<\/span>Conduct regular follow-up with management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation<\/span>Source and track candidate lists from various recruiting platforms * Excellent verbal and written communication in English Utilize the Internet for recruitment<\/span>This includes posting positions to appropriate Internet sources<\/span>research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment<\/span>use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates<\/span>Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable \u201cemployer of choice\u201d reputation for the company, both internally and externally.<\/span>Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads<\/span>Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates<\/span>Conduct pre screening phone interviews, schedule virtual interviews, and follow up with no-shows\/canceled interviews<\/span>Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements<\/span>Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)<\/span>Performing reference and employment checks for potential employees<\/span>Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters<\/span>Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation emails and onboarding documents through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)<\/span>Assist in reviewing onboarding documents through (ATS) before Orientation Day<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field<\/span>Excellent English verbal and written skills<\/span>Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition<\/span>General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.<\/span>Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills<\/span>Skills in database management and record keeping<\/span>Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work<\/span>Excellent organizational skills<\/span>Gather and analyze information skillfully<\/span>3- 4 years of recruiting experience is preferred<\/p>\n
