You will work with amazing and diverse colleagues with a deep sense of commitment to live Our Values and together, go all the way for our customers, society and for each other.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>This role will directly coordinate with local and overseas internal teams, shipper and carriers to do the 4PL end-to-end Export specific processes namely:<\/span>Complete booking process, complying with SLAs and global process design (e.g., carrier allocation, draft bill of lading, final BL sending)<\/span>Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per process design<\/span>Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process.<\/span>Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargo release<\/span>Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.<\/span>Case Management – ensure that the exceptions or concerns are being handled within the service level agreement as defined for the specific communication channel.<\/span>Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.<\/span>Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additional costs<\/span>Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contract terms.<\/span>Monitor shipping trackers and ensure accuracy of details.<\/span>Creates a daily booking summary report.<\/span>\u200b\u200b<\/span>Skills & Competencies:<\/b><\/span>Passion to drive closures & high-level customer service orientation \u2013 Customer Centricity.<\/span>Excellent in both oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently for coordination with stakeholders.<\/span>Demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment.<\/span>Able to work with different cultures and people, including phone calls.<\/span>Strong time management to complete tasks on time<\/span>Keen to details; a proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions.<\/span>Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines.<\/span>Preferred Educational Background:<\/span>Bachelor’s Degree of any course.<\/span>Work Experience:<\/b><\/span>Has in-depth working experience in shipping, forwarding, supply chain operations.<\/span>Minimum of 2 years working experience in Shipping & Logistics industry.<\/span>Experience in coordinating with shippers, warehouse, carriers and end customers.<\/span>Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required.<\/span>Willing to work in graveyard shift and hybrid working arrangement.<\/span>Functional & Technical Competency:<\/span>Proficient in Transportation Management Systems and Cargo planning.<\/span>Advanced skills in MS Excel; with experience in reporting thru MS Excel.<\/span>Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
