An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer I, Production – EC Located in Jubail, KSA<\/span>Job Purpose<\/b><\/span>Capable of troubleshooting, process improvement or maintenance modifications, perform independently, generic process design on a specific technology. Liaise with external entities. Capable to lead small teams on minor projects.<\/span>Role responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>1. Maintains high HSE standards and seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices at all times<\/span>2.Validates standard internal and 3rd party Process design work for conformance with established standards and procedures.<\/span>3. Reviews and evaluates technical bid proposals for engineering work, evaluates and reports conclusions, noting bid deviations<\/span>4. Escalates emerging and complex plant issues to more senior engineers to ensure action is taken to resolve on a timely basis.<\/span>5. Participates in projects; aligns tasks to project schedules\/plans ensuring delivery within time, cost and quality constraints.<\/span>6. Reviews and analyses relevant plant, process and engineering data and recommends changes required to optimize operations.<\/span>7. Provides guidance and support to help more junior team members.<\/span>8. Carries out conventional engineering tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations and standards.<\/span>9. Develops a range of engineering plans and supporting documentation seeking guidance from senior level engineers as required.<\/span>Qualification and Requirements:<\/b><\/span>Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree (or similar) from a recognized institution.<\/span>Minimum of 7 experienced years in operation or relevant fields, and preferably in Ethylene Cracker plants.<\/span>At Tasnee we value the contribution of all our people in making us a leading organization.
