Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless culinary experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants, by delighting them with consistent high quality food.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Genuine service personality, with high EQ.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of a high school diploma in Catering \/ College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 -2 years&#8217; experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of local food hygiene and HACCP guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct all operational tasks in F&#038;B Production in line with required service standards and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Go the extra (s)mile where you can.<\/li>\n<li>Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest&#8217;s interests at heart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Put Customer First<\/li>\n<li>Drive for Results<\/li>\n<li>Learning<\/li>\n<li>Resilience<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At Emaar, our DNA lays the foundation for everything we do.
