Represents the department by leading work and providing guidance to others. Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software to meet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Design and develop test automation code<\/li>\n<li>Complete complex program changes; self-directed<\/li>\n<li>Perform comprehensive analysis and design for broadly defined requirements<\/li>\n<li>Make significant technical contributions; contribute to technical direction<\/li>\n<li>Provide estimates required for user stories based on business requirements, specifications and designs<\/li>\n<li>Comply with and contribute to SDLC standards and CD\/CI procedures to ensure consistency; introduce new standards and opportunities for improvements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor progress against task estimates to provide status<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments, including high impact production issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments<\/li>\n<li>Support changes during quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post implementation to ensure integrity of application<\/li>\n<li>Share technical expertise; guide and mentor others to maximize team effectiveness and quality<\/li>\n<li>Subject Matter Expert in a relevant technology or Paychex application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer related discipline or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n<li>6+ years of experience in software development using Dotnet.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with React or Angular.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge in OOPS concepts and very good programming skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in automation or manual testing is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/ina1b9cb0abc144ee47d5db5e2732daeb1?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: Validates requirements, performs analysis and design for system improvements and new applications.
