Your new role, what&#8217;s involved? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the overarching WSP \/Client Quality management System (QMS) and programme specific quality assurance management plans, ensuring their establishment and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining and improving the PQP (Project Quality Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring &#038; reporting the implementation and achievement of the quality objectives<\/li>\n<li>Review and acceptance of the Design Consultant\u2019s and Construction Supervision Consultant\u2019s arrangements for Quality including any Quality Plans &#038; Review of Contractor\u2019s Quality Plans<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with other Client Programme organizations\u2019 Quality Representatives to ensure a consistent approach to quality across the Programme to resolve all quality issues and identify ways of improving performance. Providing support and guidance as required<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and conduct Contractor\u2019s Bi-Weekly QA\/QC Meeting<\/li>\n<li>Review Contractor\u2019s Monthly Dashboard and prepare Consultant\u2019s Monthly Dashboard for Client information<\/li>\n<li>Review Contractor\u2019s Project Quality Plan submittals<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Contractor\u2019s Joint Weekly Site Visit and submit report to the Contractor\u2019s regarding comments and observations<\/li>\n<li>Review of ITPs and necessary guidance for implementation at site<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all work inspections and Material inspections are conducted as per approved ITP of respective Packages<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Quality Assurance Tests are conducted as per specifications and standard requirements and reports are submitted by the Contractors<\/li>\n<li>Conduct random site visit and submit to Contractor\u2019s Site Observation Report (SOR) or Non-Conformance Report (NCR)<\/li>\n<li>Attend Client\u2019s Monthly QA\/QC Meeting<\/li>\n<li>To ensure Quality Audits are being conducted as per ISO 9001: 2015 standards and client\u2019s requirements<\/li>\n<li>Review some related QA\/QC submittal works submitted by the Contractors<\/li>\n<li>Review Contractor\u2019s Daily, Weekly and Monthly QA\/QC Report<\/li>\n<li>Assist Client\u2019s Site Visit<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and compilation of KPI\u2019s and provision of supporting evidence<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and closing of Quality defect notices and Nonconformance reports of packages<\/li>\n<li>Actively liaising with Resident Engineers and PMES Delivery team members and functional Managers with respect to Quality Control matters at the site<\/li>\n<li>Advice and guide Delivery team on key quality issues at site and close out<\/li>\n<li>To assist in Close out and Handover, Maintenance management of packages in the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We&#8217;d love to hear from you if you have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BTech\/BE in Engineering preferably in Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>15 years GCC experience in hospitality development projects is a must. Preferably with high-end hotel conversion projects<\/li>\n<li>ISO 9001:2015 certified lead auditor<\/li>\n<li>Specifically Trained &#038; additional qualifications in Quality Management and Project Management will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be assertive, with good problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What&#8217;s in it for you?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What if we can have work-life balance?
