Your new role, what&#8217;s involved? <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the owners\u2019 representative on all matters related to construction<\/li>\n<li>Develop a Construction management plan on behalf of the PMC<\/li>\n<li>Review Contactors construction management Plans<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the construction activities and carry out audits to identify non-compliances, trouble areas and risks in order to mitigate them<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate construction staff proposed by contractors<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate construction progress and make recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Prepare letters and instructions on behalf of the client * Support the contract management teams in reviewing claims and Vos and payment certificates <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support HSEQ team to ensure that the project is managed properly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We&#8217;d love to hear from you if you have: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10-15 years\u2019 industry experience in managing and delivering large and\/or complex buildings construction projects, to a high standard and to fast track programmes<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years experience in Hotel Refurbishment and\/or Fit Out<\/li>\n<li>Effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals<\/li>\n<li>Must be familiar with contractual matters related to construction projects and have a good working knowledge of the FIDIC Red Book<\/li>\n<li>Must have previous experience in a PMCM (Programme Management, Construction Management) environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What&#8217;s in it for you?<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What if we can have work-life balance?
