Fully co-operates in any internal and external audits, investigations and inspections.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Education and Experience<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A degree in Pharmacy or related Healthcare Science<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At least two to three (2 to 3) years of proven experience as a Product Specialist preferably in Aesthetics or In pharma Dermatology related area<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Mature, flexible person capable of working on his\/ her own initiative<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Professional approach and a good team leader and worker<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Excellent communication and organizational skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies<span class=\"br\"><\/span>High level of negotiation skills and extensive record of negotiation success.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Business acumen with demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and choices.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Crafts rigorous and innovative strategic plans, and implements plans efficiently and effectively over a time period of 2 to 3 years.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Works collaboratively and productively within a team of highly skilled hospital representatives and sales managers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experienced in C-Suite interactions: gains credibility and trust quickly with high level hospital executives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; can get ideas across one to one and in presentations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Highly organized with attention to detail<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong team player and know how to collaborate and engage many stakeholders across a large organization<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Superior relationship building skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid negotiation and decision making skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid analytical and numerical abilities<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
