The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support business objectives through data-driven solutions. Responsibilities:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Functional Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including standardization, enrolments, accruals, and rebate payouts, ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing process enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage P&#038;L knowledge to drive decisions<\/li>\n<li>Analyze strategic and tactical pricing opportunities on an ongoing basis leveraging large IRI and internal data sets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain complex pricing and financial models, tools and reports<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the competitive landscape across category and customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide pricing recommendation for new product launches<\/li>\n<li>Assist the pricing leadership team in developing pricing strategies and performing competitive pricing analysis<\/li>\n<li>Analyze Trade Spend and Net Sales performance vs Plan and Forecast<\/li>\n<li>Perform post audits on promotional spend to optimize events.<\/li>\n<li>Lead performance analysis and reporting for customer\/region\/function<\/li>\n<li>Work on key region\/customer initiatives to drive business and region performance<\/li>\n<li>Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Sales and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects<\/li>\n<li>Create an inclusive and collaborative environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> People Responsibilities <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Qualifications:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4-7 years of experience in finance and planning for postgraduates (MBA or CA required)<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in44b04a92fc8e8e4dab417810ff4632a9?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview: This role focuses on managing end-to-end CDA (Customer Development Agreement) processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements.
