This is a great opportunity to support the site in a varied operations role for both our transport &#038; warehouse depot<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Joining us on a full-time, on a permanent basis, working hours are 5 days from 7 9am-5:30pm<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Pay, benefits and more:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We&#8217;re looking to offer a salary of up to \u20ac33,000 &#8211; \u20ac35,000 per annum and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)., A company sponsored pension scheme, a 24\/7 online GP service, life assurance and a fully comprehensive employee assistance programme. You&#8217;ll also have access to our MyBenefits platform offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more!<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you&#8217;ll do on a typical day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with Inductions &#8211; Update training files and induction files.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the paperwork, get the online training requested, align tail lift\/tug training on induction.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with daily &#038; weekly admin tasks currently covered by the shift manager &#038; coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Engagement and QSHE follow ups of notice boards, canteen drivers&#8217; entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What you need to succeed at GXO:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working within a fast paced administration role, ideally within transport<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role often involves interacting with employees, suppliers, and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains<span class=\"br\"><\/span>GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
