We’re looking for partners who want to grow and succeed together.<\/span>Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:<\/b><\/span>1. Create engaging videos on topics of personal interest, such as culture, politics, and fashion.
\n 2. Utilize studio resources for professional video production.
\n 3. Share unique insights and perspectives to bring creativity to each video.<\/span>Who We’re Looking For:<\/b><\/span>1. Writing Skills: You craft engaging stories and express ideas clearly.
\n 2. Speaking Skills: You confidently present ideas on camera.
\n 3. Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn and grow your audience.<\/span>What We Offer:<\/b><\/span>Revenue Sharing: Creators earn 50% of the revenue generated from their own videos posted on our channel on YouTube. This means that the 50% share applies only to the revenue from videos that feature the creator who made the content. It is important to note that revenue sharing is specific to each creator’s individual videos and does not apply to all videos posted on the channel. Only the revenue from the creator’s own content is eligible for this sharing arrangement.<\/span>Clarification:<\/span>The performance-based payment structure allows creators to earn based on the revenue generated by each individual video. Specifically, creators will receive 50% of the total revenue their video generates on YouTube. However, this earning is capped at a maximum of Rs. 10,000 per video. This means creators are eligible for either 50% of the video’s revenue or Rs. 10,000 whichever is the lower amount. This structure ensures that payment aligns directly with each video’s individual performance on YouTube.<\/span>Studio Access: Use our top-notch cameras, lighting, and mics at no cost.<\/span>Editing Support: We handle all post-production, so you can focus on content.<\/span>Topics We Cover: Culture, Religion, and Lifestyle.
