Today about 6000 people work in the company&#8217;s 12 sites, including locations like the U.S., Malta, Latvia, Georgia, Holland, Canada, Estonia, the U.K. and Sweden.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a part of continuous growth, we are currently looking for a well-organized, target oriented and active person to join the team in the position of a Team Manager, thus ensuring operational excellence, management and development of Game Presenters&#8217; team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, supervise, coach and engage team of Game Presenters, thus building strong team spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the team organizing and leading trainings according to current needs.<\/li>\n<li>On-board newcomers, thus ensuring flawless employee experience from the very start.<\/li>\n<li>Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously manage team so to deliver required results.<\/li>\n<li>Manage various requests of team members and handle them on a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and foster cross departmental cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Work with company&#8217;s internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects set by direct managers proposing initiatives that would benefit department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Leadership skills required: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal communication<\/li>\n<li>Active listening<\/li>\n<li>Goal setting<\/li>\n<li>Diplomacy<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Motivation<\/li>\n<li>Decisiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #EVOPAL<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team management experience will be considered as advantage but is not mandatory.
