The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team \u2013 a highly productive team of technical professionals who thrive on supporting the customer&#8217;s mission and growth objectives through Agile software development. You will work in close collaboration with team members, other product teams, shared services teams such as cybersecurity, and other stakeholders within Agile methodologies.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ideal candidate will have experience building complex PowerApps model-driven applications and Portal using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. As an Agile Scrum team member, you will write tasks and tests related to a specific user story to ensure requirements are met within standards. You will accurately estimate assigned work and report status and barriers at daily Scrum team sessions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional responsibilities include:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop Power BI Dashboards and visualizations<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Power Apps developer utilizing \u201cmodel-driven\u201d design.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop client facing web site and forms utilizing PowerApps Portal.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain application baseline in 4 environments.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modelling and develop data validation processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work with system stakeholders to capture data requirements for each process model.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure application processes stay in sync with business processes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work with the cybersecurity engineer to create System Interface Agreements (SIA) for all data exchanges.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Assist Business Analyst in the development and technical evaluation of requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage and respond to user tickets<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work with the Cyber security engineer to remediate security findings<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Minimum of 5-years related technical experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to attain DoDM 8140.03 compliant certification<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good written and verbal communication skills<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic, and a self-starter<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solution-based thinker; capable of resolving complex technical challenges<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience and comfort leading a high-performing team of developers<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience building product roadmaps that align with customer strategic objectives<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Works well with limited oversight<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Technical Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Extensive experience in developing reports, charts and graphs using Power BI.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages\/Portals, Portal Management MDA, Power Apps Pipeline) in an Azure environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid Experience with transforming data architecture using the Dataverse data platform.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience building and maintaining data tables in Dataverse.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Development with technologies such as C#, JavaScript, HTML\/CSS, Liquid, FetchXML.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in with Power Apps Pipeline for moving apps between tiers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in large scale data management and data modeling.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in providing status briefings and product demonstrations to customers.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in translating customer requirements into functional requirements for the application (User Stories \/ Backlog Items).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support new user requirements and assist with planning new features for future releases.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead development efforts.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Desired:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with designing and implementing data models in A365<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience with environments with many different business user types<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing SharePoint customized apps using Power Apps<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Design and develop data exchanges in accordance with the System Interface Agreements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Familiar with the RMF framework and accreditations such as Authority To Operate (ATO).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You Can Expect:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A culture of integrity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
