Xanitos aims to provide support as a comprehensive solution to ambulatory care by providing Safety, Quality, Compliance and Trust.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Xanitos is hiring Full Time Ambulatory Housekeepers for 2nd shift at Ashburn Medical Center in Ashburn, VA. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Immediate Offers will be Extended for Qualified Candidates<\/li>\n<li>2nd Shift from 3pm to 11:30pm- rotating weekend<\/li>\n<li>Hourly Pay Rate $17.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Overview:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Daily Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.<\/li>\n<li>Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.<\/li>\n<li>Sweeps and\/or vacuums floor.<\/li>\n<li>Dusts furniture and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Polishes metalwork.<\/li>\n<li>Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.<\/li>\n<li>Washes windows, door panels, and sills.<\/li>\n<li>Empties wastebaskets.<\/li>\n<li>Transports trash and waste to disposal area.<\/li>\n<li>Replenishes bathroom supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Transports small equipment or tools between departments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>COVID Vaccine Required<\/li>\n<li>Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Physical Demands:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
