Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Reimagine What\u2019s Possible<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Purpose<\/b><br \/>\n       To provide the support to the Commissioning\/Engineering team in the Instrument &#038; Controls engineering oversight to ensure the safe and smooth Commissioning activities of IGCC Power Plant facilities under JIGPC in Jazan, Saudi Arabia.<br \/>\n       Nature &#038; Scope<br \/>\n       The Jazan IGCC is the world\u2019s largest IGCC and ASU facility producing 2100 MMSCFD syngas, 18,000 MT\/Day Oxygen and 4 Gigawatts of power. Facilities and assets include residue gasification, acid gas clean up (Rectisol), soot ash recovery, Sulphur recovery (Claus &#038; Scot), combined cycle power plants, materials handling systems, hydrogen recovery, air separation, water utilities systems and wastewater treatment facilities.<br \/>\n       Properly functioning Instrumentation &#038; Controls are critical to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant facilities and associated equipment &#038; systems. As a member of the site engineering team, the Senior Instrument Engineer will lead to interact routinely with plant operations, maintenance, and other engineering personnel to provide \u201chands-on\u201d DCS, field-engineering &#038; troubleshooting support, instructions, and technical guidance related to the site\u2019s Instrumentation &#038; Controls systems. The position emphasizes teamwork, communications, organization, change management, work process optimization, planning, leadership, and hands-on technical skills with comprehensive knowledge across other engineering disciplines.<br \/><b>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><br \/>\n       Safety: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide &#038; maintain a safe work environment for self &#038; others. Employ good housekeeping methods and demonstrate leadership with all company &#038; industry safe work processes to prevent injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Engineering:<br \/>\n       You will provide process control engineering technical input and task leadership across the following: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the provision of engineering evaluation &#038; determinations, issue technical direction &#038; guidance, and oversee inspection &#038; quality assurance initiatives for all Instrument &#038; Controls systems &#038; equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, repair, and test activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Support in the provision of engineering support &#038; guidance during the commissioning of Power plant. Maintain accurate document control and monitor quality assurance initiatives. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the development of detailed engineering specifications (including sizing calculations) for the procurement of Instrument &#038; Controls systems components and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the provision of engineering input for development and maintenance of Instrument &#038; Controls systems &#038; equipment standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts, and contractor selection guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain compliance with all Critical Safety Circuits (CSS), Safety Integrity Levels (SIL), and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) implementation and revalidation programs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide engineering support for the troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, repair, and test activities for the plant\u2019s gas analyzers and flow meters.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive risk-based inspection and calibration program for all Instrument &#038; Controls systems &#038; equipments.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, reliability, and cost of quality goals.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in professional association meetings to determine best practices being used in the industry and apply them to our Instrument &#038; Controls systems &#038; equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Support, mentor, and develop local I&#038;C engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> JOB REQUIREMENTS<br \/>\n       1.Engineering graduate in Electronics discipline with 10 years of relevant experience specifically in Power Plant O&#038;M or in commissioning of Power Projects.<br \/>\n       2.Experience with Siemens SPPA-T3000 and\/or Honeywell Experion Distributed Control system (DCS), field instrumentation, gas analyzers, and control valves. A fundamental understanding of computer networks is desirable.<br \/>\n       3.Troubleshooting and Servicing of Field Instruments &#038; Control System of HRSGs, Gas turbines, Steam turbines, BOP, Liquid Fuel Oil and Fuel Gas Loops.<br \/>\n       4.Responsible for compliance with Safety Management Systems.<br \/>\n       5.Knowledge &#038; understanding of the principles of Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Safety Instrumented Function (SIF), Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).<br \/>\n       6.Should be able to develop\/change the control Logics according the MOCs.<br \/>\n       7.Experience in Gas and Water Analyzers\/sampling systems, Analog Controls, Logic Controls and Profibus is desirable.<br \/>\n       8.Detailed knowledge of PID controllers.<br \/>\n       9.Demonstrated \u201chands-on\u201d ability to configure, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various plant process instrumentation related to temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, and other plant process variables.<br \/>\n       10.Candidates should also possess demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and an ability to think logically and systematically.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We are the world\u2019s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
