We&#8217;ve transformed the gaming landscape by designing and hosting the most-streamed, interactive casino tables and slots globally.&#8221;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join Our Fast-Growing Team!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The IT Purchasing Specialist role handles day-to-day tasks of the user equipment orders across our USA and North America offices and maintain IT equipment throughout the equipment lifecycle.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Purchasing <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Account\/maintain IT equipment using a ticket system (e.g. JIRA) throughout the equipment lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, receiving, deployment, repair, redeployment, and retirement;<\/li>\n<li>Handle day-to-day tasks of the purchasing &#8211; following up with vendors, updating tickets, ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory;<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding orders with suppliers;<\/li>\n<li>Work within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization;<\/li>\n<li>Contact suppliers regarding credits for damaged products or items missing from deliveries;<\/li>\n<li>Contract negotiation for IT hardware, software and other related purchases;<\/li>\n<li>Progressing purchase orders and reporting on supply issues to the Purchasing Team Lead;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Asset Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor stock levels,<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory, eg enter data concerning inventory;<\/li>\n<li>Properly assign equipment to employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Associates degree or equivalent relevent experience<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Preferably previous experience in procurement field of IT equipment;<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>High sense of responsibility and integrity, and ability to work without constant supervision.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Evolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
