If you excel in client relations, strategic consulting, and driving customer success, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.<\/span>What You’ll Be Doing<\/b>
\n As an Account Manager at FirmOS, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and strategic support. Your consolidated responsibilities will include:
\n – Client Consulting & Reporting: Conduct bi-weekly meetings with accounting firm owners and fractional CFOs to review progress, share insights, and discuss key performance metrics. You’ll ensure all client interactions align with their business goals and improve overall satisfaction.
\n – SLA Compliance & Customer Success: Ensure all customer correspondence meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, with a focus on maintaining high responsiveness and accuracy. You’ll track key success metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn rates, and upsell conversions.
\n – Retention & Upsell Strategies: Drive client retention by delivering exceptional service and improving Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions and earn incentives based on successful conversions and retention.
\n – Reporting & Communication: Confidently present reports and insights, ensuring effective communication with clients in both written and spoken English. You’ll also prepare and distribute detailed agendas for client meetings to ensure clear action points.
\n – Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues before they affect client satisfaction and provide recommendations for solutions. Your goal will be to enhance the overall client experience while preventing churn.
\n – Testimonial & Feedback Collection: Regularly gather client testimonials and work to ensure clients are satisfied enough to contribute positive reviews for case studies.<\/span>You’re Probably a Match If You Have
