Perform analysis to determine Enterprise IT demand and forecasting for software\/hardware repairs and maintenance and SaaS contract renewals. Provide data, analytics and reporting for repairs and maintenance, SaaS, and supplier spend. Assist category managers with supplier relationship management and contract compliance management, including maximization of financial deliverables and risk mitigation. May work within various procurement systems to assist IT with procurement processes, issuing purchase requisitions, entering goods receipts, and resolving invoice disputes.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advisor for assigned repair, maintenance and SaaS contract renewals, with a focus on hardware and software<\/li>\n<li>Primary partner support for key IT stakeholders within assigned contract renewals<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sourcing teams and IT to provide analytics and reporting for repair, maintenance SaaS renewals and spend<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performing quality audits on information contained within appropriate tracking tools<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate internal IT teams to formalize future demand requirements for assigned projects<\/li>\n<li>Initiate new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing indirect supplier contracts<\/li>\n<li>Identifies innovative procurement solutions that provide cost savings and process efficiencies for the organizations<\/li>\n<li>Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Submit BuyNow purchase requests within assigned projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-8 years of experience, preferred in indirect procurement, finance, or IT.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred<\/li>\n<li>IT hardware\/telecom\/network sourcing experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide analytics and reporting to all levels within organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> ** Internal candidates have to be in a P2\/P3\/M1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What is expected of you and others at this level <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects<\/li>\n<li>May contribute to the development of policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Works on complex projects of large scope<\/li>\n<li>Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
